A small window that stays above your other work. One tab per project. Tasks, notes and links live on that tab. Nothing is uploaded unless you choose Google Calendar or a shared board. The Windows install is sent by email. This page does not link the file.
Windows 10 or 11. The file in the email is signed by CODEXA SOFTWARE (Pty) Ltd. Windows may still ask you to confirm the first time you open it. If it does, check the publisher name, then continue. Version 1.2.3. The app can update itself later.
The first open is a few starter tabs (Personal, Work, Ideas, Errands). Rename a tab by double-clicking it. Add one with + or Alt+N. Ctrl+Tab moves between tabs. The number on a tab is how many tasks are still open.
The Now bar is the one line for what you are doing this minute. It saves as you type. Press Enter to also drop that line in as a task on the current tab. Ctrl+Shift+F jumps back to Now.
Type in the box and press Enter. Click the box to mark a task done. Click the date chip to set a due time: overdue turns red, due today turns blue. The Today tab (first one) lists what is due today across every project.
Switch the project to Notes. It is a scratchpad for that tab and it saves as you type. There is no Save button.
Switch to Links. Add a web address, or drag a file or folder onto the window. Drag the grip to reorder. Removing a link does not delete the file on your PC.
Optional. Open Settings, paste your own OpenAI key, and use the mic on a notes pad. The recording goes to OpenAI to be transcribed. A short summary and action items come back, and the action items are added as tasks. The key stays on this computer. Without a key, the mic does nothing.
Optional. Connect Google in Settings if you want dated tasks on your calendar and today’s events on the Today tab. Skip it and the app still works.
Optional. Your tabs stay on this PC until you join a board. Someone who already has a board gives you a short code. Open Boards, choose join, and type the code. People on that board see the same tabs. A board you create gives you a code to hand to the other person. Do not put that code in a public download or a screenshot.
